ict-worx.com follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and a part of hosting services' analytics. The information collected by log files include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users' movement on the website, and gathering demographic information.

Website statistics (GoatCounter)

After your consent via the cookie banner we use GoatCounter (goatcounter.com / ict-worx.goatcounter.com) for privacy-friendly visitor statistics on ict-worx.com. GoatCounter helps us understand which pages are visited so we can improve the website. Without consent (“Necessary only”) we do not load GoatCounter.

GoatCounter does not set cookies and does not store full IP addresses or full User-Agent strings in the database. Data is mainly kept as aggregate statistics (for example page views, browser/OS, country, screen width and referrers), without visitor profiles or advertising tracking. Processing takes place via GoatCounter.com (data stored with Hetzner in the EU, among others).

Contact form

Via the contact form on ict-worx.com you can send us a message. We process the data you enter yourself: name, email address and message content.

These data are processed on our server and forwarded to support@ict-worx.com so we can answer your enquiry. Against spam we use honeypot and timing checks and Cloudflare Turnstile (a privacy-friendly bot check).

Legal basis: your consent by submitting the form and/or (pre-)contractual necessity when you request a quote or service (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) and/or 6(1)(b)). We keep correspondence only as long as needed to handle your request and for legal or administrative reasons.

External services on the website

To display and operate the website, we load a limited set of external services. We do not use advertising networks, marketing pixels or social media pixels on ict-worx.com.

Children's Information
